Practical tips
- Watch children near the river and rapids.
- Fires only in the designated area; the grate must cover the fire at all times.
- Local wildlife (deer, birds, harmless snakes) — observe without disturbing.
- After 10 pm, please keep noise down; this is a lived-in village.
- Winter: traction cleats recommended; close the hot-tub cover securely (remotely monitored).
